To better support customers and streamline access to information, we have added resource pages to our website (www.sensoft.ca) for the LMX100™ , LMX150™ FINDAR® and LMX200™ GPR products.
These pages are meant to consolidate all relevant information about usage and operation onto a single, easily accessible page. Features of this page include links to:

• Webinars
• Support for parts, software, and technical questions
Any relevant information that a customer may need or require for that specific product can be found on this page. For example, a new user of an LMX200™ system can watch the training videos, read the manual, and take the online training course to get up to speed with the product. A user in the field can get troubleshooting tips or send a technical support question.
The user manuals are available in PDF format and a digital version on the website. The digital versions allow the manuals to be translated into different languages by simply selecting the desired language from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. In fact, the entire website can be translated using the same mechanism just described.
The resource page also links to the software download page, where you can download the latest firmware for your LMX® system, as well as the latest version of the EKKO_Project™ software.
To make this even easier to access in the field, we are starting to put QR codes on the product itself. Simply scanning the code with your smartphone’s camera will take you to the Resource page for that GPR product.
