Wheel Odometer

Big wheel odometer

Designed for rough terrain. Primarily designed to
be used with the hand towed transducer system.
It has a T-shaped arm for easy attachment to the
transducer skid plates. The odometer cable can
be attached to either the transmitting or receiving
transducers.

Small wheel odometer

Designed for smooth terrain such as concrete  floors.
Designed to be used with the hand towed transducer
system. It has a mounting post and pin for easy
attachment to the transducer skid plates.
The odometer cable can be attached to either the
transmitting or receiving transducers.

2, 3, 5, 7, 10 & 30 m Cables

These cables connect the Noggin to the DVL. They include the enhanced latching system. The DVL end of the cable has a take-off power supply cable and is terminated with an XLR connector. The Noggin end of the cable provides ports for peripherals such as the odometer and the Canbus functions.

Belt Battery

The belt battery power supply case is a tough fabric belt and pack which holds a 12V 7.2 Ah lead acid gel cell battery. This rechargeable battery is a flexible lightweight power source for Noggin and pulseEKKO systems. Power connection uses a standard XLR connector.

EasyGrid

EasyGrid is a simple kit provided by Sensors & Software Inc. to help GPR users with little mapping experience lay out an accurate grid with straight lines and all corners at 90 degree angles.

EasyGrid includes:
  • 5 Nails
  • 1 Hammer
  • 2 x 5 m strings with brass markers every 0.25 m or   1 x 15 foot string with brass markers every foot
  • 1 x 7.05 m string or 21 foot 2 inch string.
  • 5 yellow plastic disks
  • 1 manual

Skid Plates

These are curved skid plates that wrap up the front and rear of the Noggin systems to protect the lower ends. The kit comes with instructions and screws for installation.




The skid plates are for Noggin 250, 500 and 1000.

Swivel Mounting Posts

These posts are used to attach a Noggin to the SmartCart. This item comes complete with 2 hex keys.

Handle

This includes the handle components plus an odometer wheel which is on an independent bracket. The handle is a 3 part structure with quick release connect pins for the Noggin and cable mounted brackets.
